La coop\u00e9rative est une SCIC-SAS \u00e0 capital variable.<\/p><p><strong>Une coop\u00e9rative<\/strong><\/p><p>Une SCIC respecte les r\u00e8gles coop\u00e9ratives :<\/p><ul><li>Le pouvoir est r\u00e9parti selon la r\u00e8gle 1 personne = 1 voix<\/li><li>Tous les associ\u00e9s sont impliqu\u00e9s dans la vie de l&rsquo;entreprise et les principales d\u00e9cisions de gestion<\/li><li>Une partie des r\u00e9sultats (57,5% minimum) est maintenue dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sous forme de r\u00e9serves impartageables, pour alimenter la tr\u00e9sorerie ou \u00eatre investie dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9rative. Elle ne peut pas \u00eatre affect\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des parts sociales des associ\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5807fc5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5807fc5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e153d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2e153d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Des int\u00e9r\u00eats collectifs<\/strong><\/p><p>La SCIC permet d&rsquo;associer des acteurs multiples autour du m\u00eame projet : salari\u00e9s, producteurs, usagers, b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, collectivit\u00e9s publiques, entreprises, associations, particuliers, etc. L&rsquo;actionnariat est ouvert \u00e0 toute personne physique ou morale de droit priv\u00e9 et aux collectivit\u00e9s locales jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50% du capital. La SCIC produit des biens et services qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins collectifs d&rsquo;un territoire (ex : production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9).<\/p><p><strong>D&rsquo;autres SCIC ?<\/strong><\/p><p>Le statut de SCIC est encore assez r\u00e9cent (2001), mais se d\u00e9veloppe tr\u00e8s rapidement.
